Dosage
Colon Cleanse: take 3 capsules in the morning, and 2 capsules in the evening.
Liver Cleanse: take 1-3 capsules in the morning

How to use
We recommend committing to a 3 month cleansing period: the first month for the colon cleanse, the second month for the liver cleanse, and the third month for the parasite cleanse. The colon cleanse can also be taken simultaneously with the liver and parasite cleanses.
Instructions
During all three cleanses, you may continue to eat, but be sure to keep your diet clean. Focus on plenty of spring water, fresh juice, fruits, and vegetables. Daily bowel movements are essential for effective detoxification. Avoid alcohol, meat, refined sugars, and yeast while completing the cleanses.

Store tightly closed, dry, cool and out of reach of children.
Safety
